Request login code for online banking
In order to use the login card, you must first choose a personal login code.
You can do this by following the steps below. 

To request your login code, please have the following to hand:

  1. The email from Handelsbanken containing your login card number (16 digits). 
  2. Letter containing the activation code (12 digits). You can find the activation code in the bottom right of the letter with reference that you recently received.

Choose your login code (6 digits) 

Go to the website
Choose a PIN for your Log-on card Opens in a new window
 and follow the online instructions: 
  1. Enter your login card number (16 digits). Click ‘Next’. 
  2. Enter your activation code (12 digits). Click ‘Next’. 
  3. Choose your personal login code (6 digits). Make sure this is something you will remember. Click ‘Next’. 
  4. Your login card will now be created. You will receive the card by mail in about a week.
Please note: If you do not choose your login code within 30 days, the request will expire, and you will have to request a new login card via customer service.
