How to get started
Please be advised that the app is only available in Dutch and can only be activated in Particulier Internet Bankieren.
The mobile banking app is included in the Individual package.
Activate Individual Mobile Banking
Go to Particulier Internet Bankieren (Dutch). Click on 'Mobielbankieren', 'Menu openen' and ‘Activeren’. Tick the box 'Hierbij ga ik akkoord met het activeren van Particulier Mobiel Bankieren’ and click on ‘Ondertekenen’. Then follow the (Dutch) instructions.Download the app
Go to the App Store or Google Play and download the free app ‘Handelsbanken NL – Particulier’ (only available in Dutch).
Register your device
Before you can use Individual Mobile Banking, register your smartphone or tablet in the app, with the log-on card and card reader. Register any device you wish to use separately in the app.
